Tirendo was founded in October, 2011 as a Project-A backed venture. Located in Berlin, Germany, Tirendo is present in 11 countries and offers tires, rims, and other automotive parts and accessories.

Senior Business Developer, Project Team Leader – International
Business Development:
- Originally hired as UK Country Manager; Managed the launch of Tirendo.co.uk
- Analyzed KPI’s and developed solutions improve country website performance, i.e. changes in catalog sorting
- Coordinated marketing campaigns with respective departments, i.e. SEM, Affiliate, etc.
- Developed landing page concepts with CRO and Marketing departments
Project Team Leader:
- Lead a team of business developers on cross-country projects aimed at improving conversion rates
- Held weekly, and, as needed meetings with team to develop and coordinate projects
- Provided training workshops on Google Analytics, AdWords, and Funnel Reports for junior team members
As a Strategy and Marketing Consultant for B&G, I wrote a comprehensive business plan, helping evaluate the market and develop a strategy. I also designed and implemented the corporate website using WordPress. In a limited part-time capacity, I am currently responsible for all website updates as well as all online marketing activities.
Founded in 2007, I was one of the first 10 employees at FSFP, working in the Capital Advisors business unit. After a reorganization, I was paired with one of the partners to start a new business unit – Commercial Property Management. Through prospecting and cold calling, I helped grow our customer base and was responsible for the addition of clients/properties that are still in the portfolio today.
As one of the first employees at Loyal Source, my role was two-fold. As a Senior Executive Recruiter, I was tasked with continuing our financial recruiting efforts, as well as spearheading the expansion into recruiting for ICT positions.
As Technology Manager, I designed and implemented the company website using Joomla. I also held company-wide classes on how to use new technologies, optimize their research methods, as well as brief employees on technical aspects of new positions we were recruiting for.
H/S Global Trading Group was formed to acquire local import/export firm located in Los Angeles, CA. Relocating from Florida to become employee #3, my duties were manifold. As Sales and Operations Manager, I oversaw all daily operations including customer relations, sales order fulfillment, management of warehouse staff, and updating of the company website.
I was also responsible for the design and implementation of a new company website consisting of over 700 products. The company has since reorganized and has moved from novelty and dollar store items to designer items for the home.
Founded in 1997, Interactive Online was one of the first entrants to the web hosting market. As a part-time employee (#3), I mainly focused on sales support and customer service, but also assisted the founder with website updates and database management. I also contributed to developing marketing and business development strategies.
I have attempted my own ventures as well in the past. In 2006 I founded CareerMoon, which was a job board focused Alternative Medicine, Wellness, Spa & Creative Services Careers. There was a void in the job board market, and this site was an attempt to fill it. While I received some good responses from job seekers, I eventually had to close the site because of lack of traction with employers. Here is a snapshot of the site back in 2006.
